Building Strategies
We mostly build our business, with DVDs. Allowing the DVD to tell the story. We are just the carrier of the message. This is really an easy way to build the business. Just ask people you could get their opinion of this 16 min. movie. Arrange to when you could call for that opinion. When you call ask what they thought of the message. If there are any questions, you could arrange to have someone answer those questions, since you are just learning about marine phytoplankton. Then make arrangements with your upline to return the call.

OUR COMPENSATION PLAN
Every MLM company has a compensation plan that has elements that are similar with others. But obviously each company needs to show their uniqueness so that they can promote these differences as a reason for you to join & represent them. There is not a perfect compensation plan. If there was then everyone would have & use the same compensation plan. At ForeverGreen we do not have the perfect compensation plan either, but it is a truly unique one. This compensation plan has some really great features that are not apparent from a quick look.
Our first challenge is to get new members into profit or a least get our products paid for right away. Our next step is to progressively reward members for building an organization. The finale step is to provide sufficient funding for true leaders who work hard, sacrifice & build a substantial team.
The compensation plan at ForeverGreen has several ways that endeavor to address the above issues.
Compensation Plan Highlights
A Weekly Fast Start Bonus is paid through 7 levels of enrollment. 25% to the Enroller, 12% to the next upline Enroller, 8% to the next upline Enroller, 5% the next upline Enroller, 4% the next upline Successful level or higher, 3% the next upline Part Time level or higher, 3% the next upline Full Time level or higher. Fast start is paid to you and your upline for the first 28 days of every new member or customer.
The new jump/fast start box program is a great way to get started even for those on a limited budget. You can spend as little as $119.95 plus shipping and have the basics for your business. When you get 4 people to do the same, then your product is paid for. There are larger packages for the jump/fast start box that are available and they do have financial advantages.
The Monthly 50% Matching Bonus is a monthly unilevel commission for everyone that you personally enroll and it has tremendous potential for you when they start making monthly checks.
A real team building aspect is the 12% Worldwide Leadership Pool, which gives your upline even more reasons to help you rank advance. This bonus enables members who achieve the rank of successful or higher to receive shares. The most recent shares have been between $160 and $200. As you rank advance you get even more additional shares in this bonus pool. The part of this that is exciting & great for team building is that when you have a member that matches or passes you in rank advancement you are given double shares in the pool! This is true for every leg in your team.
For an example: let's say that you are full time and you two legs that are also full time or above. You receive 7 shares for being full time, 10 shares for having the first leg full time and 14 shares for having the second leg full time. That’s 31 shares in the pool! This means that if the shares payout remains the same as it has for the last several months that you would receive between $4,960 and $6,200 just for the pools! Not including the fast start, unilevel and matching bonuses! So you can see the potential for making over $10,000. Every month this level is very achievable.
We recommend that you build 3 legs only until you have a full time member in each leg & then move on to building leg 4. This is the best way to maximize the compensation plan and at the same time support your team.
We recognize that people need to be compensated fairly for their hard work. For some people, just getting their products paid for is good enough. For others who are working hard & having a couple hundred extra dollars sacrificed, then they truly need to be paid for their hard work. The commitment we make to our business includes helping our people to find their successes as they envision it. Like anything else if people are paid for not working hard then we would not have an honorable industry-it would be an illegal pyramid scheme.
